Idag hälsade jag på min trevliga vän Ingrid. Hon bjöd mig på "Ruttenbanankaka" och fruktté, delikat.....Receptet på kakan fick jag med mig hem och jag delar gärna med mig den. Ett bra sätt att använda de gamla bananerna som ingen vill äta, man får alltid dåligt samvete när man måste slänga dem...
Today I went to visit my kind friend Ingrid. She treated me to " Rotten banana cake " and a fruit infusion, it was delicious.....I came home with the recipe in my pocket and don´t mind sharing it... A good way to use those old bananers which no one wants to eat, it doesn´t feel good to throw them away...
